On suitable material and with correct production, sublimation becomes part of the fabric rather than forming a thick surface layer. This is why it is commonly selected for activewear and full-colour fabric work.
No. Cotton and some mixed fabrics are not suitable for standard sublimation. For those products, embroidery, screen printing or no-cut DTF may be the better option.
Embroidery is often selected for polos, caps and workwear because of its professional finish. DTF or screen printing may be more suitable for larger graphics or different garment materials.
